4.1 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, unless a free-shipping promotion is active.
4.4 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
4.5 Multiple Packages
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers or warehouses, it may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
4.6 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Publipet is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4.7 Lost or Stolen Packages
Publipet is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at support@publipet.com so we can assist.
4.8 Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
